Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oskar De La Hoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kylma Jaak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Oskar De La Hoya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kylma Jaak!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De La Hoya closes the distance and clinches up with Jaak, looking for a takedown. De La Hoya pushes Jaak against the cage but Jaak circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jaak throws a lazy right hand but De La Hoya sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

De La Hoya moves into the clinch.
We've been hearing reports that De La Hoya has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

It looks like Oskar De La Hoya has been cut.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

De La Hoya wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jaak, who protects the arm well.

A close round but Kylma Jaak will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


De La Hoya uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jaak.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close second round but I would say that Oskar De La Hoya will probably get the nod.

Jaak manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from De La Hoya is defended easily by Jaak.
De La Hoya will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jaak is looking to take a break and control but De La Hoya is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jaak cracks De La Hoya with a big right hand but De La Hoya just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Kylma Jaak comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Jaak has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
