Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Felix Stanton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfredo Capobianco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alfredo Capobianco has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alfredo Capobianco!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Capobianco closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Capobianco feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Capobianco! Stanton is out on his feet! Capobianco rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Stanton is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Stanton is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
