Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ricksono Garcie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laam OvGod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ricksono Garcie!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Laam OvGod!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OvGod moves into range and clinches up with Garcie.
OvGod lands with a right to the head.
It looks like Ricksono Garcie has been cut.
OvGod breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
OvGod moves into the clinch.
OvGod unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Garcie wants a takedown.
Garcie's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
OvGod breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Garcie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around OvGod's waist but OvGod gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Garcie off to one side.
OvGod rushes Garcie and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
OvGod gets underhooks to prevent Garcie's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricksono Garcie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, OvGod creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Garcie is trying to break free.
Garcie goes for a takedown attempt but OvGod pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
OvGod throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
OvGod chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Garcie gets cracked there but stands up to it.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Garcie is defended easily by OvGod.
OvGod lands with a straight right. Garcie didn't see that one coming.
OvGod cracks Garcie with an open hand slap.
Garcie stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from OvGod.
Garcie fails with the takedown.
OvGod has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
OvGod fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Garcie, pushing him back against the cage.
OvGod lands a left hand that snaps the head of Garcie backwards.
OvGod lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
OvGod scores with a shot to the side of Garcie's head.
Garcie is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Garcie wants a takedown but no success here.
Oh Garcie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Garcie goes for a takedown attempt but OvGod pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Laam OvGod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
OvGod misses with a two punch combination.
Garcie takes one on the button.
OvGod lands a nice looking body shot.
Garcie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. OvGod tries to avoid it but Garcie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag OvGod to the ground. OvGod escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
OvGod moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
OvGod clinches up against the cage.

OvGod dips a shoulder and cracks Garcie with a mighty uppercut! Garcie falls back against the cage and OvGod unloads with a barrage of strikes! Garcie is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - OvGod screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Laam OvGod!
