The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fairweather tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Leopoldo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Leopoldo's jab looks to have found its range, popping Fairweather under the eye.
Fairweather drops his hands momentarily and Leopoldo takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Bruce Fairweather has been cut.

Leopoldo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fairweather looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Leopoldo is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Fairweather is trying to escape and Leopoldo transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Fairweather is forced to tap! Nice work there by Leopoldo! Very nice indeed!
