Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mac McNulty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vanilla Ice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vanilla Ice will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mac McNulty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vanilla Ice!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McNulty misses with a body shot.
Ice tried to score with a low kick but McNulty checks it.
McNulty looks to land a right hand but Ice moved out of range.

McNulty shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Ice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McNulty. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ice wants to stand and escape but McNulty is having none of it.
McNulty throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
McNulty is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

McNulty tries to bum rush Ice with a series of wild strikes but Ice uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ice throws a front kick aimed at McNulty's knee but McNulty avoids it well.
McNulty moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
No luck for McNulty with that takedown attempt.

Ice lands a nice looking body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McNulty chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ice can pounce on him.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McNulty avoids the body shot from Ice.
That kick from Ice tenderised McNulty's leg. McNulty is trying to keep his angry face on.

Ice cracks McNulty with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Ice connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McNulty momentarily.
McNulty has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McNulty there as he acknowledges the shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Vanilla Ice showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with McNulty in particular looking to stall.
McNulty moves nicely into side control.
Ice is letting McNulty control him for a moment.
Ice pushes McNulty away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, McNulty gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Mac McNulty overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ice parries the strikes from McNulty easily there. McNulty is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ice to escape.
