Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lazaro Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guy Bigovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bigovich has chosen Heavy Maus Metal as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas shoots in but Bigovich avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lucas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bigovich pinned against the cage. Bigovich gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bigovich drives through with a takedown into Lucas's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bigovich is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lucas is just riding it out for now. Bigovich eventually gives up the hold.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lucas shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bigovich defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lazaro Lucas. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bigovich drives through with a takedown into guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Lucas pushes Bigovich off and scrambles back to his feet.
Lucas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Bigovich drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bigovich jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Bigovich looking to sit in guard and control but Lucas gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bigovich closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bigovich has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Lucas kicks Bigovich off and gets back to his feet.
Lucas misses with a series of wild punches.

Bigovich feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lucas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Lucas shoots for a takedown but Bigovich saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bigovich shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lucas manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lucas has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Bigovich has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Bigovich gets control of Lucas's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bigovich will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bigovich manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lucas manages to get himself to full guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lazaro Lucas will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Bigovich darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Lucas has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Bigovich is on him like a limpet, forcing Lucas back against the cage.

Lucas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Lucas is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Lucas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Lucas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bigovich leaves Lucas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Bigovich fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lucas to the ground. Bigovich is now in Lucas's guard.
Bigovich looking to sit in guard and control but Lucas gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Lucas decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bigovich, up you get!

Bigovich gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Lucas regains guard.

Lucas manages to escape and get back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bigovich drives through and clinches with Lucas against the cage.

Lucas breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lazaro Lucas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Bigovich dives in and scores a takedown into Lucas's guard.

Bigovich stands up and waves to Lucas to follow him.

Lucas gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bigovich wants to control from the top but Lucas keeps moving.
Bigovich is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Lucas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bigovich back to the cage. Lucas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Bigovich has managed to clinch.

Lucas is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bigovich is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lucas to the mat. Lucas regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
