The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Knight shoots for a takedown but Odonnell saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Knight just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromOdonnell.

Knight shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Odonnell is trying to defend but Knight finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

That was a close round but I would say that Carmine Odonnell will probably get the nod.

Knight fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Odonnell, pushing him back against the cage.
Odonnell wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Knight drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Odonnell defends it well.
