The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Glass finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Polino uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Glass misses with an attempted mid kick.
Glass cracks the inside of Polino's front leg.
Polino tries to keep at a distance but Glass has taken the fight into the clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Glass has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Glass presses Polino against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Glass tries to throw a body punch but Polino avoids it by throwing Glass back against the cage.

Whack! Glass lands a heavy head kick that drops Polino. The ref tackles Glass to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Polino was done.
