The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pouncey is defended easily by Barishkov.
Barishkov is looking to clinch.

Barishkov cracks Pouncey with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Barishkov has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pouncey to stand back up!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Barishkov pushes Pouncey against the cage. Barishkov is working some dirty boxing. Barishkov pushes off with a quick right hook! Pouncey goes down! Pouncey tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Barishkov moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

After winning the bout, Krug Barishkov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
