Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jose Cronos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cronos's entrance music is Sandstorm. A fine choice. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Cronos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Billy Bob!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cronos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Bob lands a jab to the head.
Bob is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cronos.
Cronos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bob circles away quickly and effectively.
Cronos takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Bob has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Cronos is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Bob throws a right hand that misses
and Cronos counters with a nice uppercut.
Bob lands a nice shot to the body.
Bob misses with a left hand
and Cronos counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice uppercut lands for Cronos. That snapped Bob's head back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bob throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cronos fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bob just manages to avoid it.
Bob missing with a left hand there. Cronos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Cronos appears to be looking for a big counter.
Cronos lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cronos cracks Bob with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bob throws an overhand right that lands on Cronos's shoulder, as Cronos tries to avoid the shot.
Cronos takes a swing at Bob's ribcage but misses.
Bob missing with a left hand there. Cronos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cronos appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Bob takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Bob scores with a nice head shot.
Billy Bob seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bob throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Cronos counters with a stiff right hand.
Cronos moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Decent striking displayed by Bob there.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Cronos.

Cronos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bob. That did some damage!

and Bob takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bob throws a lazy right hand but Cronos sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bob throws an off balance right hand
letting Cronos counter with a right hand.
Bob's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cronos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bob scrambles back to his feet.
Bob misses with a looping left.
Bob swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Cronos cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bob takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Cronos dodges the punch combination from Bob.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bob lands with an uppercut that bounces Cronos off the cage and back into range.
Bob shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cronos eats them both and turns towards Bob to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Bob misses with a lunging right hand
and Cronos counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
A lazy left from Bob finds it's target.
Bob throws an overhand right that lands on Cronos's shoulder, as Cronos tries to avoid the shot.
Bob misses with an uppercut.
Bob looks to score with a jab to the body but Cronos is just out of range.
Bob scores with a hook.
Bob might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Bob takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Bob throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bob waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Cronos.
Cronos changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Cronos moves forwards but Bob connects with a nice, crisp jab.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Cronos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Bob misses with an uppercut. Cronos saw that one coming.
Bob throws a jab when Cronos was well out of range.
Cronos went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Cronos avoids a punch combination nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Billy Bob will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bob drops Cronos with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cronos looks back up at him and smiles so Bob waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jose Cronos will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Bob lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Cronos falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bob dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Bob!
Billy Bob took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Big Bear Nutrition 160Q for their support in the buildup to the fight.
Jose Cronos was interviewed post fight and said 'Sorry everyone, the better man won tonight. I'll be back.'.
