Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Louis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timur Rubin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Louis comes to the cage accompanied by Awesome God. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Timur Rubin!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louis gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
A combination from Louis does no damage.
Louis throws a series of punches but Rubin avoids them all with ease.
Rubin scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Louis swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rubin.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rubin.
A big right from Louis misses.
Louis thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rubin with the counter takedown but Louis avoids it easily.
Louis avoids the body shot from Rubin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Louis is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Rubin digs a good body shot into Louis's ribs.

A nice side step and Rubin releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Louis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rubin with the counter takedown but Louis avoids it easily.

Rubin lands with a shot to the body.
We've been told by Louis's head coaches at Wrecking Crew Elite MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Rubin lands a nice looking body kick.

Rubin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Louis tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Louis is in a horrible position here. Rubin smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Louis is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Louis is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Rubin postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Louis looks a forlorn figure.

Louis is rocked!
Rubin postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Louis in real trouble here! The ref calls for Louis to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
