Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barry Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Hale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hale has chosen Dead Sara - Weatherman as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brandon Hale!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Allen as he checks the leg kick.
Hale swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Allen.
Hale misses with an uppercut. Allen saw that one coming.
Hale tests Allen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Allen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hale under the eye.
Allen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hale just misses with a punch to the body.
A swing and a miss from Hale.
Allen half committed to a counter leg kick.
Allen listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Allen lands a jab to the head.
Allen is looking to chop away at Hale's legs.
Hale misses with a hook. Allen ducked under it nicely.
Allen thuds his right hand into Hale's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Allen throws out a leg kick but Hale moves out of range and Allen only half commits.
Nice uppercut lands for Allen. That snapped Hale's head back.
Allen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hale.

Hale lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Hale scores with a spinning back kick!
Allen checks a low kick from Hale.
Hale goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hale turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Allen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Hale throws a leg kick that misses.
A big left from Allen misses.
Hale throws a leg kick but Allen checks it.
Hale looks to score with a jab to the body but Allen is just out of range.
Allen on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Hale throws out a loose jab but Allen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hale feints and then cracks Allen's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Allen down.

Allen thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hale tries a low kick but Allen avoids it.

Hale throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hale takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Allen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Hale avoids the body shot from Allen.
Hale uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Allen.
Allen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Allen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Allen moves away from the strike by Hale.
Hale keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Allen.
Hale takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Allen blocks a leg kick.
Hale cracks Allen with an open hand slap.
Allen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hale moves away.
Allen misses with an uppercut. Hale saw that one coming.
Hale feints the counter takedown.
Hale dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Allen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hale has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
It looks like Allen has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Allen chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hale jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hale ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Allen moves away.
Hale misses with a leg kick.
Hale slips a jab from Allen.
Allen misses the jab.
Allen staying out of range there.
Allen scores with a body shot.
Allen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hale was well out of range. Poor timing from Allen.
Hale chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Allen can pounce on him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Allen slips a jab from Hale.
A quick step to the side and Allen tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A looping hook to the body misses from Hale. Allen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hale thows a leg kick but Allen checks it
and Allen counters with a left and a right that stings Hale.
Hale swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Allen takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Hale looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Allen is fending him off so far but Hale persists. Nope, Allen circles away and we're back to standing.
Allen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Hale lands a jab to Allen's midsection.
Hale fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Allen tests Hale's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Allen looks to throw the jab but Hale is out of range.
Hale throws out a counter right but Allen avoids it with no problem.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hale moves out of range of the strikes.
Hale looks for the body kick but Allen saw that one coming.
Good leg kick by Allen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hale, right into the meat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Barry Allen will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Hale throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Allen's waist but Allen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hale off to one side.

Hale drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Allen throws a body punch but Hale moves out of range.
Hale steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Hale lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Hale darts in looking for a takedown but Allen gets double underhooks and turns Hale into the cage.
Hale's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Allen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hale scrambles back to his feet.
Allen is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Allen looks to land a combination. Hale sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Brandon Hale has been cut.
Hale takes one on the button.
Hale throws a combination that misses
and Allen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hale feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Allen's calf.
Allen takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A slow jab from Hale misses its intended target.
Allen thinks about countering with a head kick.
Hale misses with a low kick.
Allen thinks about countering with a body kick.
Hale looks for the body kick but Allen saw that one coming.
Allen slips under a jab.

Allen scores with a leg kick.
Allen throws a head kick that half lands.
Hale jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Allen lands a big head kick that sends Hale tumbling to the mat! Allen takes a step backwards and waves Hale back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Hale is rocked!
Allen's corner calls for a 1-2. Allen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Hale is still on wobbly legs! Can Allen finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hale connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Allen's hands.
Hale misses with a double jab.
Allen drops Hale with a big left hand! Hale is injured, injured bad! Allen jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
