The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huseyin misses with a wild combination.
Mendez walks into a left hand.
It looks like Raul Mendez has been cut.
Huseyin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mendez eats them both and turns towards Huseyin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Huseyin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Huseyin rushes Mendez and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Huseyin lands a big right hand that drops Mendez! The killer instinct kicks in and Huseyin finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Huseyin!
