The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quincy misses with a head kick.
Jack keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

A head kick from Quincy lands but Jack takes it in his stride.

It looks like Just Jack has been cut.
Quincy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Jack throws out a loose jab but Quincy uses good head movement to avoid it.

Jack throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Quincy on the side of the head.

Quincy replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Jack blocks it well.

Quincy looks for the body kick but Jack saw that one coming.
Just Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jack throws a hook to the side of Quincy's head but Quincy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Quincy counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jack is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Quincy finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Quincy connects with a leg kick. Jack looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
