Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Kozlov!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snow looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kozlov!
Kozlov tries to bench press Snow off him but Snow keeps the position.
Kozlov wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Snow is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kozlov will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Snow lands some shots froms side control.
Kozlov wants to control but Snow postures up.
Kozlov takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Kozlov is not content to let Snow control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

You can see the frustration on Kozlov's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Kozlov manages to reverse the position and now he's in Snow's guard. Nice work there by Kozlov.

Snow on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Snow tries to get out of the position.
Snow throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Kozlov stands and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Kozlov throws an elbow but Snow slips to the side and avoids it well.
Snow is looking to regain half guard here but Kozlov keeps moving and retains side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

enabling Kozlov to counter with a crisp jab.
Snow drops his hands momentarily and Kozlov takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Snow gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Kozlov counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kozlov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


A decent looking cross lands there for Kozlov.
Snow looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Kozlov might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Kozlov looks to land a combination but Snow avoids it well.

Snow shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kozlov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Kozlov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Bob Snow overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Snow stands up over Kozlov, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kozlov has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Kozlov stalks Snow and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Snow's face. Snow staggers backwards, shaken.

Snow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kozlov sprawls well initially but Snow persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kozlov will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Kozlov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Snow wants to control but Kozlov is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kozlov fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Snow tries to reverse the position but Kozlov maintains control.

Ivan Kozlov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
