Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maykan Jardim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Moskowich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Moskowich!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Moskowich. No joy for Jardim on that attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Moskowich wants to control but Jardim is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jardim seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jardim has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Maykan Jardim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Moskowich gets caught napping as Jardim dives in and scores a takedown. Moskowich manages to retain guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Moskowich is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round but I would say that Maykan Jardim will probably get the nod.

Jardim's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jardim moves into full mount! Moskowich won't be happy about that!
Jardim will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Maykan Jardim overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That was a close second round but I would say that Maykan Jardim will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
