Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hector Verama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant Duncan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Verama's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Swing It Away. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duncan misses with a head kick.
As Duncan looks to move away, Verama throws a big counter combo bu Duncan just gets out of the way.
Verama moves out of range as Duncan throws a body kick.
Verama tries to bum rush Duncan with a series of wild strikes but Duncan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Duncan is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Duncan throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

The crowd cheers as Duncan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Verama doesn't seem phased though.

Duncan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Verama manages to avoid it.

It looks like Grant Duncan has been cut.
Duncan throws a sloppy head kick and Verama moves out of range easily.
Duncan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Verama.
Duncan darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Duncan scores with a hook to the body. Verama takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A head kick from Duncan lands but Verama takes it in his stride.

Verama swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Verama takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Verama lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Verama forces Duncan back against the cage and clinches.
Verama drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Verama misses with a body punch.
Verama fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Verama breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A solid leg kick lands there for Duncan.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Duncan enables Verama to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Duncan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Verama stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duncan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Duncan keeping moving, preventing Verama from controlling successfully.
Duncan wants to sweep here but Verama controlling him for the moment.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Duncan throws a head kick that Verama semi-blocks.

It looks like Hector Verama has been cut.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Duncan. Verama shrugs it off though.
Verama swings for the body but Duncan moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Verama misses the target.
Duncan throws a fast counter high kick but Verama manages to duck under it in time.

Duncan moves into range and connects with a jab.

Verama darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Grant Duncan dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Verama misses with an uppercut.
A head kick misses from Duncan.
Verama lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Duncan circles away quickly and effectively.
Verama takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Duncan cracks Verama with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Verama fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Duncan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Duncan scores with a kick to the body.
Duncan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Verama drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Duncan follows Verama to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
