Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Artur Ysengrin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Shadow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bill Shadow told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ysengrin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Shadow eats them both and turns towards Ysengrin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Danga de danga de dang - Ysengrin scores with a four punch combination!
We've been told by Ysengrin's head coaches at Nordic Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A big left from Shadow misses.
Ysengrin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Shadow connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shadow is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ysengrin.
Ysengrin connects with a right hand. Shadow shakes it off.
Ysengrin avoids the body shot from Shadow.
Ysengrin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Shadow misses with a takedown
and Shadow takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Shadow moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ysengrin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shadow circles away quickly and effectively.
Shadow swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Shadow misses with a lunging right hand
and Ysengrin counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Ysengrin misses the body punch
and Shadow counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ysengrin tries to keep at a distance but Shadow has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ysengrin digs a right hand underneath Shadow's ribcage. Shadow let out a lung full of air as it connected.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shadow misses with a shot to the kidneys.
The referee calls for Shadow to work.
Ysengrin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ysengrin misses with a hook from the clinch.
Shadow lands a right hand.
Ysengrin is rocked!
Ysengrin misses with a hook from the clinch.
Oh Ysengrin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shadow throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Shadow creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Ysengrin with a big uppercut! Ysengrin tries to clinch up but Shadow pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Ysengrin to the mat! Ysengrin covers up and Shadow unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bill Shadow!
During a confident post fight interview, Bill Shadow thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
