Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lon Dillon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jen Mansfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mansfield shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Mansfield wants to work for an arm triangle but Dillon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Mansfield wants to get back to his feet.

Mansfield seems to be looking for submissions.
Dillon is trying to stand back up but Mansfield is controlling him
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dillon tries to get to full guard but Mansfield has control of the leg.
Mansfield is pressing down on Dillon's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dillon is holding on for now.

Dillon wants to control but Mansfield is keeping busy.
Dillon controlling the position well.
Mansfield performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dillon is trying to stand up here but Mansfield is controlling him well.
Dillon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mansfield on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Mansfield is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Mansfield frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dillon is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Mansfield lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dillon hang on?
Dillon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mansfield is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Dillon can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Dillon regains half guard.

Mansfield seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mansfield connects with a nice short shot to Dillon's temple.

Mansfield is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dillon is just riding it out for now. Mansfield eventually gives up the hold.
Mansfield is looking to advance position but Dillon won't allow it.
Mansfield is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Dillon tries to get to full guard but Mansfield has control of the leg.
Dillon is trying to stand back up but Mansfield is controlling him
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Mansfield has closed the distance and engaged Dillon in a clinch.
Mansfield is trying to break the clinch but Dillon is controlling him.
Dillon tries to pull guard but Mansfield forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Mansfield jumps guard and drags Dillon to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Dillon showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Mansfield pulls Dillon in close to his closed guard and prevents Dillon from doing any damage or advancing position.
Dillon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Dillon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mansfield works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Mansfield is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dillon stands and steps away. Mansfield gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Jen Mansfield seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dillon fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mansfield throws a sloppy head kick and Dillon moves out of range easily.

Dillon gets a double leg takedown into Mansfield's guard.

Dillon content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Mansfield has locked up a guillotine! Mansfield's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Dillon is holding on here and Mansfield must be using up a lot of energy. Dillon has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Mansfield gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
