Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timothy McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Jovanovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGee comes into the arena with Invaders must die - The prodigy blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGee lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

McGee has been working on his balance at Unicorn Powered Fighting, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Jovanovic.

McGee is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jovanovic gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McGee jumps guard and drags Jovanovic to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now McGee is on top in guard.
McGee postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
McGee not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
McGee dips to his left and cracks Jovanovic with an uppercut!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

McGee throws a left that rocks Jovanovic and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! McGee dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Jovanovic regain composure!

McGee is looking to take a break and control but Jovanovic is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
McGee lands a nice forearm strike.
Jovanovic is still in real trouble! Can McGee finish him?
McGee scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Jovanovic is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and McGee can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
