PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sandy Gower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam The Viking (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Liam The Viking was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gower misses the jab.
The Viking looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Gower is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by The Viking.
The fighters circling - Gower throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Gower feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends The Viking sprawling to the canvas! The Viking rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gower finish him?!

The Viking darts in and clinches Gower up against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gower lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops The Viking to his knees! Gower keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sandy Gower!
