Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Akira Hayabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Wates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hayabusa's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Asian War Battle. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wates tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hayabusa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wates somewhat.
Wates tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hayabusa swivels and escapes.
Wates just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromHayabusa.
Hayabusa fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wates sprawls well initially but Hayabusa persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hayabusa throwing shots but Wates is blocking nicely.
Hayabusa has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hayabusa working for a submission but Wates is keeping him at bay.
Wates has given up his back. Will we see Hayabusa going for some submissions?
Hayabusa has good solid back control here.

Hayabusa has got one arm under Wates's chin. This could be trouble... Wates trying to control the other hand but Hayabusa gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Wates has tapped out! The fight is over!

Post fight, an emotional Akira Hayabusa said 'I'm the best grappler in Tycoon world and this guy thinks he can roll with me? Go fight some other loser on your level. I hear there's a blue belt down the road.'.
