Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Escobar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, KoRn En Vivo Mtv. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn throws a hook but Escobar avoids it easily.
Gunn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A quick step to the side and Escobar tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Escobar slips a straight right by Gunn.
Escobar throws an overhand right that lands on Gunn's shoulder, as Gunn tries to avoid the shot.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gunn darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Gunn lands with a hook. Escobar tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gunn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Escobar.
Gunn dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Escobar throws a body punch but Gunn moves out of range.
Gunn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

and Escobar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Escobar lands a nice shot that snaps Gunn's head back.
Escobar thows a left - swing and a miss!
And Gunn tries to counter it with a takedown but Escobar pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Chris Gunn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gunn misses with a body shot.
Escobar bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Escobar.

and Gunn counters with a nice uppercut.

Gunn lands a jab.
Gunn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Escobar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Escobar darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gunn is not content to let Escobar control the position.
Gunn is looking to get back to full guard here but Escobar has managed to pass to side control instead.
The strikes coming from Escobar are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Gunn tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Escobar wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

You can see the frustration on Gunn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Gunn is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Escobar off and has taken his back!

Gunn lands a good shot there. Escobar covers up! Gunn smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns Escobar to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Gunn jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!

After winning the bout, Chris Gunn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
