Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Silence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silence comes to the cage accompanied by Get Ur Freak On. Jimmy Silence had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rob Stevens!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silence tries a head kick but it misses.
Stevens tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Silence tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stevens paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silence works over Stevens's head and body with a nice combination.
Silence tries to bum rush Stevens with a series of wild strikes but Stevens uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Stevens wants to counter the offense by Silence and move into the clinch position.
A combination from Silence does no damage.
Silence changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stevens looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Silence wants to stand but Stevens is controlling his arm.
Silence knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stevens on the ground.
Stevens gets back to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stevens throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Stevens gets full guard.
Silence has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Silence wanted to stand there but Stevens had control of the position.
Silence postures up.

Silence throws a big elbow that misses.
Stevens controls Silence momentarily but Silence frees himself.
Stevens is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Stevens throwing shots but Silence is blocking nicely.
Silence is looking to improve his position.
Stevens is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Stevens trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Stevens controlling from mount.
Stevens fails to advance to Silence's back.
Silence trying desperately to get to his feet.
Stevens looking to finish with strikes here!
Silence has left one of his arms exposed and Stevens doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Silence screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
