Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darby Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gordon's entrance music is United Booty Foundation. A fine choice. Page comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Hand That Feeds kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page misses with a takedown attempt - Gordon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gordon connects with a high kick.
Gordon throws a series of punches but Page moves out of range.
Gordon fails to land with a series of punches.
Gordon connects with a crisp jab.
Gordon throws a head kick but Page moves out of range.
Gordon slaps away a takedown attempt from Page, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Page fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Darby Gordon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Page.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gordon.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Good leg kick by Gordon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
That kick from Gordon tenderised Page's leg. Page is trying to keep his angry face on.

Gordon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Page.
A jab lands there for Gordon.

Gordon gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Page to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Gordon is looking to stand up but Page isn't so interested in that idea.

Gordon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Page defends well.
Page lands a couple of digs.

Page is looking to work some ground and pound but Gordon has wrist control.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Gordon is looking to cinch up a triangle. Page throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gordon's body to avoid the submission. Gordon has instead reached around Page's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gordon arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
