Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 32 - 0, fighting out of London, Hans Gruber!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber throws a right and a left that Strong avoids nicely.
Gruber lands with a cross.
Strong could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Strong uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gruber.
Strong looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Gruber throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gruber keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Gruber drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gruber wants to control from the top but Strong keeps moving.

Gruber is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Strong is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Gruber lands a couple of digs.
Gruber working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Strong's head.

Gruber is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Gruber is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Strong working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gruber doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gruber manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Gruber stands up over Strong, holding on to his feet. Gruber throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Strong is out cold! Gruber lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
