Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cernea displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Spencer.
Cernea unleashes a big counter combination but Spencer bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Cernea feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Spencer wants to sweep here but Cernea controlling him for the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Spencer is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cernea is aware though and is defending well.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Spencer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cernea is one step ahead there.
Cernea is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Cernea scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Graham Spencer has been cut.

Cernea shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Cernea was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
