The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhem will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hardwood works over Mayhem's head and body with a nice combination.
Mayhem takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hardwood looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hardwood lands a nice shot that snaps Mayhem's head back.
Mayhem moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hardwood ducks under a wild hook from Mayhem.
Mayhem is looking to clinch but Hardwood is avoiding it.
Mayhem tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hardwood defends well and Mayhem ends up having to push Hardwood into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Hardwood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mayhem circles away quickly and effectively.
As Hardwood tries to get set, Mayhem tries to push him back and clinch up but Hardwood manages to avoid the attempt.

Hardwood slaps away a takedown attempt from Mayhem, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mayhem wants to clinch but Hardwood slips to the side
and Hardwood makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mayhem moves out of range as Hardwood throws a body kick.
Mayhem blocks the body kick.
Oooooh!!! Hardwood has knocked Mayhem down with a huge combo! Hardwood steps away and waves a wobbly Mayhem back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hardwood fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mayhem is defended easily by Hardwood.
Hardwood drops Mayhem with a beautiful combination! Mayhem stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hardwood is looking for the KO!
Jab, jab by Hardwood - just one landing.
Mayhem is looking to clinch but Hardwood is avoiding it.
Hardwood with the counter takedown but Mayhem avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricardo Hardwood dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Mayhem gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Some bone on bone action there as Mayhem checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Mayhem tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hardwood sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mayhem somewhat.
As Mayhem backs off Hardwood throws a huge counter combo but Mayhem manages to avoid it all.
Hardwood displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mayhem.
Hardwood drops Mayhem with a beautiful combination! Mayhem stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hardwood is looking for the KO!
Mayhem is rocked!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hardwood closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Mayhem out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

In his post fight interview, Ricardo Hardwood started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
