Rodriguez is looking to take a break and control but Stark is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rodriguez uses his free foot to push down on Stark's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Stark.
Rodriguez scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Stark tries to lock up and control but Rodriguez gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Rodriguez is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stark is surviving well by controlling Rodriguez's body position as best he can.
Rodriguez has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rodriguez quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Stark has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast!
