Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jakub Kochanowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Twister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kochanowski comes to the cage accompanied by Midgard. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 37 - 2, fighting out of Sydney, Jakub Kochanowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Twister!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Twister connects with a jab.
Twister looks to land a right hand but Kochanowski moved out of range.
Kochanowski defending well as Twister loads up on a big left hand.

Twister feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kochanowski has his foot on Twister's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Twister works his way back into a safe position though.

Kochanowski works his way to full guard. Good work.

Kochanowski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Twister gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Twister stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kochanowski swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Twister wants to control from the top but Kochanowski keeps moving.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Kochanowski lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Twister pulls Kochanowski in close to prevent any damage.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Twister might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Kochanowski bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Twister is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Kochanowski has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Twister has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Kochanowski taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Twister doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tony Twister!
A relieved looking Tony Twister thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
