Slyker feints a jab promting McSlamm to slip. Slyker then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. McSlamm slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
McSlamm bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Slyker parries the strikes from McSlamm easily there. McSlamm is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Slyker to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

McSlamm creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Slyker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Sara McSlamm was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
