PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chan-Sung Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrzej Gajewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jung comes to the cage accompanied by Waiting Room. Gajewski has chosen Mobb Deep - Survival of the Fittest as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 38 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrzej Gajewski!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Gajewski. That snapped Jung's head back.
Jung looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gajewski is fending him off so far but Jung persists. Nope, Gajewski circles away and we're back to standing.
Jung throws a nice outside leg kick.
Gajewski scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gajewski is looking to clinch but Jung is avoiding it.

Some bone on bone action there as Jung checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Jung closes the distance and clinches up with Gajewski, looking for a takedown. Jung pushes Gajewski against the cage but Gajewski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gajewski wants to control for a moment but Jung uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Gajewski is taking a breather. Jung says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Jung is staying active underneath Gajewski, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Gajewski lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
