The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Iron shoots in and bounces Trap off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Iron has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Trap is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've been hearing that Iron has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Trap is looking for a sweep. Iron is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Iron is trying to control. Trap wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Trap on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Trap wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trap is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Iron scores with a couple of nice shots.

Iron scores with a big shot! Trap's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Trap! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Angle Iron spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
The defeated Jon Trap had this to say: 'its not my fault!'.
