With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Domino Kennedy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Matroskin has taken the fight to the clinch.
Matroskin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Kennedy manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kennedy pushes Matroskin back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Matroskin tries a body shot but Kennedy blocks it.
Matroskin tries to pull guard but Kennedy holds him up against the cage and eventually Matroskin drops back down to his feet.

Matroskin gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kennedy gets through Matroskin's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Matroskin misses with a hook from the clinch.
Matroskin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kennedy prevents it.
Kennedy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Matroskins head.
Kennedy lands a body shot in the clinch.
Matroskin lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kennedy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kennedy slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've been told by Matroskin's head coaches at The Highland Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

It looks like The Cat Matroskin has been cut.
Kennedy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kennedy.


Matroskin is rocked!
Kennedy is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Kennedy cracks Matroskin on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Matroskin falls backwards against the cage. Kennedy follows up with more strikes that drop Matroskin to his knees. Kennedy keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Matroskin! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Domino Kennedy!
During a confident post fight interview, Domino Kennedy thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
