Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lenard Baldwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Ocheda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diego Ocheda has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lenard Baldwin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Diego Ocheda!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ocheda drives through with a takedown into Baldwin's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Baldwin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ocheda drops back looking for a leg! Baldwin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Baldwin manages to kick Ocheda off! Ocheda jumps back into Baldwin's guard.
Ocheda is looking to work some ground and pound but Baldwin has wrist control.
Baldwin is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Ocheda bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

That's time! Baldwin's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


Baldwin shoots in but Ocheda avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ocheda is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Baldwin can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Ocheda is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Baldwin can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Well Ocheda has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
