PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Marfaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eindria Chao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Eindria Chao!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chao takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Eindria Chao has been cut.
Marfaker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Marfaker throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Chao takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Marfaker, right into the meat.

Oooooh!!! Marfaker has knocked Chao down with a huge combo! Marfaker steps away and waves a wobbly Chao back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chao moves out of range as Marfaker strikes.
Chao on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Marfaker. Marfaker obviously looking to wear him down.
Marfaker lands with a good body shot.
Donk. Marfaker catches Chao right on the button with a cross.
Marfaker lands with a big left! Chao is wobbled badly! Marfaker comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Chao to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Juan Marfaker!
