Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Milne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Zimbardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bruce Zimbardo enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Harry Milne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruce Zimbardo!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milne misses with a body shot.

It looks like Bruce Zimbardo has been cut.
Zimbardo explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Milne throws a series of punches but Zimbardo avoids them all with ease.

We've been hearing reports that Milne has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zimbardo can do anything to dispel that myth.

Zimbardo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Milne. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Milne seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Zimbardo for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Zimbardo looks to score with a jab to the body but Milne is just out of range.

Zimbardo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zimbardo wants it to stay on the feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Milne's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Zimbardo lands a head kick. Milne smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Zimbardo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Milne is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Milne has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a sustained period of stalling by Milne.
Zimbardo wants to stand but Milne is controlling the position.
Milne is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Milne, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
