Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Stick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Long Wang has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Stick!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Long Wang!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wang has his takedown stuffed
and Stick counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A clash of legs there as Stick blocks the low kick.

Wang misses with a wild body shot.
Stick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wang tries to avoid it but Stick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wang to the ground. Wang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Wang. No joy for Stick on that attempt.

Wang shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stick napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Wang is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Wang is trying to control. Stick wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Wang is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stick is just riding it out for now. Wang eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stick shoots for a double leg takedown but Wang sprawls well. He's pushed Stick's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Wang is pressed up against the cage. Stick has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Wang down to the mat. Wang avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Stick tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wang sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stick somewhat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stick cracks Wang with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
