Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wu Fei Chung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Quincy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fei Chung comes to the cage accompanied by God of Gamblers. Michael Quincy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Quincy.
Fei Chung misses with a straight right.
Fei Chung slips under a jab.
Fei Chung uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Quincy.
Quincy takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Fei Chung has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Fei Chung throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Quincy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fei Chung misses with a kick to the body.
Fei Chung lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Quincy takes a swing at Fei Chung's ribcage but misses.
Fei Chung dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fei Chung lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Quincy is on top in guard.

Quincy gets to his feet. Fei Chung looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

It looked like Fei Chung was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Quincy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fei Chung moves away.
Quincy throws a hook to the side of Fei Chung's head but Fei Chung sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Quincy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Quincy takes one to the chin there.
Quincy throws an ugly left hook that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Quincy throws a jab but it's blocked by Fei Chung.
It looked like Fei Chung was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Quincy.
Quincy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Quincy misses with a hook. Fei Chung ducked under it nicely.
Michael Quincy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Quincy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fei Chung.
Fei Chung swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Quincy takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Fei Chung moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Fei Chung lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

A little feinted left hand from Fei Chung on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Michael Quincy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quincy jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Fei Chung is looking to counter punch.

Quincy falls off balance throwing a combination
and Fei Chung counters with a stiff right hand.
Fei Chung keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fei Chung moves out of range of the strikes.
Quincy thows a left - swing and a miss!
Quincy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Fei Chung shoots in and bounces Quincy off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Fei Chung seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Quincy will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Quincy manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fei Chung manages to get himself to full guard.

Quincy chips away with some ground and pound.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Quincy walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Fei Chung checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Quincy throws a chopping leg kick but Fei Chung manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Quincy throws an overhand right that lands on Fei Chung's shoulder, as Fei Chung tries to avoid the shot.
Quincy takes one on the button.
Quincy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fei Chung displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Quincy throws out the jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fei Chung lets loose with a powerful body kick. Quincy will feel that in the morning.
Fei Chung connects with a right hand. Quincy shakes it off.
Fei Chung scores with a punch to the head.
Quincy just misses with a punch to the body.

Quincy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Fei Chung lands a right hook to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters circling - Quincy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Fei Chung fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Quincy.
Quincy misses with a few strikes there.

Quincy on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Quincy is rocked!
BOOM! Fei Chung lands a beautiful left hook that drops Quincy. Quincy tries to recover but Fei Chung is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Quincy lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

After winning the bout, Wu Fei Chung thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
