Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonas Schmidt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmidt gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Spencer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Schmidts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Spencer tries to sprawl but Schmidt drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Spencer is trying to escape back to his feet but Schmidt uses the scramble to pass into side control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Spencer counters with a crisp one two that drops Schmidt! Spencer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Schmidt to his feet! Schmidt is in big trouble!

Spencer is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Schmidt drops his hands for a split second and Spencer immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Schmidt face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Spencer follows up with a right hand that knocks Schmidt into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
