Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hal Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nils Wasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wasa loads up on a big right hand but Barrett slips the punch.
Barrett thinks about countering with a head kick.
Barrett fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wasa lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Hal Barrett has been cut.
Barrett wants to clinch up but Wasa keeps it at a distance.
Wasa scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Barrett doesn't seem bothered though.
The fight stays on the outside here - Barrett looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Wasa takes the fight into the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wasa is trying to maintain a safe position but Barrett gets an underhook and turns Wasa into the cage.

Barrett escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Wasa cracks Barrett with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wasa has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Barrett to stand back up!

Barrett is rocked!
Hal Barrett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Barrett takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh Barrett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barrett is breathing heavily.
Wasa comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wasa works Barrett's body with a nice hook.
Barrett seems to have got his legs back now.
Barrett tries to get into range but Wasa steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Barrett! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Wasa scores the big KO victory!
