Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lazaro Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lia Rubel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lia Rubel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rubel gets a double leg takedown into Lucas's guard.

Lucas manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Rubel throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lucas.
Lucas could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lucas drives through and clinches with Rubel against the cage.

Lucas jumps into guard, dragging Rubel to the mat.
Rubel trying to control the position from guard on top but Lucas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Rubel got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lucas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rubel has managed to get both his arms back between Lucas's legs - danger averted.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lucas is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Rubel rolls with it to try and escape but Lucas cranks on the arm and Rubel is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
