With a record of 25 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bowman Rook!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rook uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Finkle.
Rook closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
An inside leg kick from Finkle misses.
Rook lands with a shot to the body.
Finkle uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Bowman Rook has been cut.

Finkle bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Rook! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Rook is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Finkle controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Rook is still in real trouble! Can Finkle finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Finkle preventing the sweep.
Finkle's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Rook seems to have recovered his senses.

Rook looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Finkle puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Rook misses with an uppercut.
Rook tries to land a leg kick but Finkle saw it coming and moves away.
Rook throws a shot from downtown. Finkle moves away and avoids it.
Finkle moves forwards but Rook connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Finkle misses with a straight left.
Finkle backing away here, and Rook unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rook digs a good hook to Finkle's body.
Finkle misses with the combination.
Rook throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Finkle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Finkle misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rook wants to counter the offense by Finkle and move into the clinch position.
Rook shoots in but Finkle avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rook looks winded!
Rook avoids the head kick by Finkle.
Finkle takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A telegraphed right hand from Rook misses the target.
Finkle is looking to counter punch.
Rook takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Jab, jab by Finkle - just one landing.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Finkle! Rook is out on his feet! Finkle rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Rook is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Rook is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
