Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rich defends it nicely.
Muller throws a body punch but Rich moves out of range.
Rich closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Muller jumps guard but Rich stands there with Muller around his waist. Muller gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Muller 's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rich tries a knee to the head but Muller blocks it.
Muller goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rich prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bastian Muller . That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Muller tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rich smiles and moves away.
Muller throws a push kick but Rich slaps the foot to one side.
Rich gets a clinch.

A head kick from Rich lands but Muller takes it in his stride.
Rich tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Muller manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Muller gets tackled into the cage by Rich. Rich maintains the clinch.
Muller tries to work over Rich's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Rich drops Muller with a big knee straight up the middle! Muller is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Muller is rocked!
It looks like Bastian Muller has been cut.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Rich throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Muller is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sonny Rich!
