Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Goudeau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredrik Stenberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goudeau uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Stenberg.

Stenberg fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Goudeau manages to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Goudeau shoots for a double leg takedown but Stenberg sprawls well. He's pushed Goudeau's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Goudeau is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Stenberg knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Stenberg shoots in for a takedown but Goudeau shows good takedown defense.
Stenberg takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stenberg's corner calls for a 1-2. Stenberg obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Goudeau avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Stenberg with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Goudeau to score with a decent uppercut.

Goudeau feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Goudeau will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Goudeau closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stenberg to the mat! Stenberg manages to get full guard.
Our spies down at at Dojo of pain inform us that Stenberg has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Goudeau has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Stenberg should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Goudeau has tightened it up now! Stenberg should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
