Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jim Jabber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jordan Belfort !
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jabber slips a straight right by Belfort .
Belfort looks for a takedown but Jabber sprawls well.
Jabber swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Belfort tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Belfort throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jabber is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Belfort connects with a body shot.
Jabber tries to close the distance and clinch but Belfort swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jabber misses with a hook. Belfort ducked under it nicely.
Belfort connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jabber momentarily.
Belfort checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Jabber scores with a nice right hand.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Belfort looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jabber is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Belfort 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Belfort 's back!
Jabber tries to get the hooks in deep but Belfort pushed the leg off.
Jabber has the hooks in. Belfort is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jabber biding his time, controlling Belfort .
Jabber throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
Belfort tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Belfort sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Belfort wants to control but Jabber is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jabber looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Belfort has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Jabber knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Belfort on the ground.
Belfort is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jabber's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jabber's back!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Even with his hooks in, Belfort manages to miss with strikes from the back.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Jabber tries to break free.
Well, with Belfort on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Jabber is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Jabber looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Jabber covering up well under a series of strikes from Belfort .

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jabber avoids the strikes from Belfort .
Jabber covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jabber is trying to break free.
Belfort lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Belfort .

Belfort looking for the choke from the back.
Jabber is really stuck here.

Belfort has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Jabber! Can he survive? No! He's out! Belfort gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jordan Belfort !
Jordan Belfort decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
