The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennett misses with a looping left.
Fighter lands the left hand.
Fighter's coach down at The Iron Palace was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Fighter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Fighter paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Charles Bennett has been cut.
Bennett ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fighter moves away.
Bennett misses with a body shot.
Fighter swinging wildly here.
Bennett changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Bennett lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Fighter backs up against the cage.
Fighter catches Bennett with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A combination from Bennett does no damage.
Bennett throws a wild hook but Fighter just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Bennett gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Fighter raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
