Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ice Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Napoleon Complex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Complex's choice of entrance music: Johnny Cash-When the Man Comes Around. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Napoleon Complex!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago throws a sloppy body shot
and Drago takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Complex takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Complex has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Nice body kick from Complex.
Drago connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Drago getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Complex throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sloppy strikes from Drago. Those never looked like landing.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Complex! But no joy.
Complex fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Drago has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Complex steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Drago.
Complex fakes the leg kick and cracks Drago in the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Drago has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Complex.
Complex just misses with a punch to the body.

Drago gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Complex misses with the head strike.
Drago swings wildly with an uppercut but Complex uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Complex breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Complex connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Drago blocks a head kick by Complex.
Drago feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Complexs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Drago looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Complex catches Drago with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Complex scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Complex tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Drago was well out of range. Poor timing from Complex.
Complex on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Complex connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Complex throws a poor cross that misses
and Drago counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Napoleon Complex seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Complex misses with a body shot.
Complex lands with a right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Complex takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Complex throws a low kick but Drago avoids it.
Drago fires out a quick counter leg kick but Complex just manages to avoid it.
Complex tries to land a leg kick but Drago saw it coming and moves away.
The crowd cheers as Drago lands an impressive looking overhand right. Complex doesn't seem phased though.

Complex is rocked!
Complex throws a nice outside leg kick.
Complex is still on wobbly legs! Can Drago finish him?
Drago closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Complex! Drago dives in looking to finish! Complex is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ice Drago!
