The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overstreet cracks a nice hook into Banner's ribs.
Banner throws out a loose jab but Overstreet uses good head movement to avoid it.

Overstreet with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Banner misses with a few strikes there.
Banner throws a right and a left that Overstreet avoids nicely.
Banner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Overstreet moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Overstreet tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Banner was well out of range. Poor timing from Overstreet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Overstreet fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Banner has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Banner has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Overstreet.
Banner throws a series of punches but Overstreet avoids them all with ease.

Overstreet looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Bruce Banner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Overstreet lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Overstreet! But no joy.
Overstreet cracks Banner with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Overstreet has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Banner to stand back up!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Volga Overstreet dominated that round.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Banner throws a left and a right that both miss
and Overstreet rattles Banner with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Banner tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Overstreet dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Banner stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Volga Overstreet!
