The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klotskie misses with a wild combination.
Smith looks to land a body kick but Klotskie moved away.
Klotskie changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Klotskie pushes Smith up against the cage in a clinch.
Klotskie lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

It looks like Charlie Smith has been cut.
Klotskie misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Klotskie lands an elbow inside that Smith shrugs off.
Smith can't get the takedown.
Smith jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Klotskie walks away with a smile on his face. Smith gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Klotskie connects with a leg kick. Smith looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Smith closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Smith lands in his opponent's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Klotskie has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Smith is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Klotskie gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Klotskie throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Smiths head.
Klotskie lands a nice knee to the body.
Smith looks winded!
Klotskie works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Klotskie scores with a hook to the body.
Smith takes an elbow to the temple.

That has opened up Charlie Smith's cut even more.

Klotskie drops Smith with a big knee straight up the middle! Smith is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Smith is rocked!

The cut above Charlie Smith's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Smith gets tackled into the cage by Klotskie. Klotskie maintains the clinch.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Klotskie finish him?
Klotskie with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Klotskie lands a nice knee to the body.
Klotskie is working the Thai clinch up against the cage. He yanks Smith's head to one side and delivers a picture perfect knee, right on the button! Boom! Down goes Smith! He's out! He's out! The fight is over, just like that!
